IT Trainer
6-Month Contract
£400 - £500 per day (Inside IR35)
Hybrid - London (2 days per week)
Our client, a global eCommerce retailer, is seeking an IT Trainer to join their operations team. This role involves delivering training on a range of tools, supporting the onboarding/offboarding process, and ensuring the adoption of innovative learning programs. You'll also assist with ticket triage and troubleshooting while adapting global training materials for regional needs.
Key requirements:
Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
Familiarity with both legacy systems and modern tools
