ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

London/ Leicester - remote

Umbrella only

Required Skills:

***Must be a UK National with minimum 5 years unbroken residency***

Strong understanding of ServiceNow infrastructure and architecture

Experience with IT service management and ITIL principles

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsDesirable Skills:

Holding experience of working within the UK Public Sector

Experience of applying your job role skills for critical national infrastructure for the UK

Experience of communication / telco systems

Experience of working with the UK emergency services

Experience of (or a desire to) work within an eco system team - IBM will be leading different suppliers as part of this engagement

Certification in ITIL or IT service management

Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and security
