Salary: £53,650 potential to rise to £63,118 over 3 years

We have an exciting opportunity within NHS Supply Chain for a Customer Voice Engagement Manager. Responsible for the management of NHS Supply Chain’s strategic customer forums including our Customer Advisory Boards, Resilience Steering Group and National Clinical Advisory Board.
Every day you will …
Manage NHS Supply Chains relationships with senior customers from across the NHS, this will include regular engagement to ensure these strategic forums meet the needs of our customers
Maintain regular engagement with NHS Supply Chain senior leadership team to ensure alignment of forums with the organisation’s objectives
Raise the profile of our customers biggest challenges, through effective communication of the forum outputs across our organisation
Work cross functionally with key internal stakeholders to support resolution of customer issues raised at the forums
Effective board paper writing to inform our most senior leaders as well as the wider organisation of the current customer landscape
Support the wider Voice of the Customer team where required including the management of working group and panels
