We are partnered with a reputable global consultancy that are looking for an Oracle OTBI and BI publisher Developer to work on a very exciting LONG-TERM PROJECT in the aviation sector. Please note that this is an URGENT requirement so please apply promptly to avoid missing out.

Role: Oracle OTBI Developer and BI Publisher

Location: London (Southwest)

Style: Hybrid

Rate: up to £500 per day (inside IR35)

Duration: 6 months (initially – view to extend)

Role Description

Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence and BI(Business Intelligence) developer is responsible for creating, managing and optimizing reporting solutions and analytics tools within the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

* Design, develop OTBI reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.

* Leverage OTBI subject areas to create ad hoc queries, analyses and dashboards.

* Ensure data accuracy and relevancy in OTBI Outputs.

* Create and maintain BI Publisher reports using XML, RTF templates, and SQL queries.

* Develop pixel-perfect reports and formatted outputs for printing or distribution.

* Optimize report performance and troubleshoot issues.

* Analyze business requirements and translate them into data models or reporting solutions

* Collaborate with functional teams to understand key performance

* indicators (KPIs) and reporting needs.

* Integrate OTBI and BI Publisher with Oracle Fusion SaaS modules (e.g., HCM, ERP, SCM)

* Work with Oracle Data Models and subject areas specific to Oracle SaaS applications.

* Optimize SQL queries and report designs for performance

* Maintain clear documentation for all reports, dashboards and BI processes.

Key Skills:

* Expertise in Oracle OTBI and BI Publisher.

* Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills

* Familiarity with Oracle Fusion SaaS modules (e.g., HCM, ERP, SCM)

* Experience in data modelling, subject areas and schema design.
