South East London – hybrid working, 2 days in the office
As a Marketing Manager, you will provide expert marketing leadership across a range of new build developments, high-risk projects, and Joint Venture partnerships. You will devise and execute multi-channel, multi-tenure marketing campaigns (including Shared Ownership, Private Sale, and London Living Rent) to generate high-quality leads and drive sales conversions. Your work will raise the profile of Peabody as a market leader, delivering best-in-class content and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll work with and manage creative design and film agencies, photographers, and printers to create high quality event and campaign collateral and advertising creative, managing all aspects of print, production, installation, receipt and distribution. You’ll analyse, evaluate and report on marketing campaigns, strategies and KPIs, and regularly review the customer journey ensuring a consistent and positive experience at all brand touch points in line with brand guidelines.
If you’re a highly creative, organised, and results-driven individual with a proven track record in strategic marketing and campaign management, this could be the role for you. You’ll be able to work independently in a dynamic environment and have strong leadership qualities. Your ability to communicate persuasively, manage budgets effectively, and deliver high-quality marketing content is essential. You’ll be required to work in the office/on site for a minimum of two days per week and working from home for the remainder of the time. You may also need to travel to a development in Oxford or other locations in the Home Counties as required to meet business needs. Therefore, a driving license and access to a vehicle are preferable.
This is a full-time fixed term contract until end of October 2025.
To be successful in this role, you’re:
* experienced in marketing and campaign management, in a B2C or B2B sales environment with a proven track record of delivering against targets
* experienced in managing projects including delivering events, preferably within the new homes property sector
* experienced in managing external creative, film, media and PR agencies
* educated to degree level - Marketing qualification or equivalent qualifications or experience
* knowledgeable of the principles of marketing, PR advertising and brand
