Kenton Black Finance have partnered with a global leader who are based in the Ipswich area. Employing over 62,000 people, this business has been operating for over 35 years and are currently recruiting for a temporary Finance Administrator / Credit Controller. The assignment is for about 8 weeks and there is the option to work 4 or 5 days a week.

Your new role as the Financial Administrator / Credit Controller:

To provide financial administrative support, focused on debt recovery.

• Contacting customers by phone & email to chase outstanding payments

• Provide copy invoices & statements as required

• Liaise with the company Accounts Receivable team to correctly assign credit notes and payments to clear records (advising where write-offs may be needed)

Experience & skills required to apply:

• Credit control experience

• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

• Capable of using MS Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook, Access)

• The ability to learn internal IT systems
