We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our clients Delivery Service based in Gateshead as a Van Driver, working 5 shifts a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to progress in their career with a large Haulage Company.

Van Delivery Driver

• 11.44 per hour
• 5 shifts per week - May include weekends.
• Starts time 7am
• Around 60-80 drops per day.
• start date ASAP

Van Delivery Driver Responsibilities

• loading and unloading required.
• Scanning/Loading required.
• Routine vehicle checks and general upkeep/cleanliness of the cab.
• Making sure that the load is correctly placed and secure before driving.

Essential Experience / Qualities for this position

• Great work ethic.
• Minimum 1 year Van driving experience.
• Comfortable with heavy lifting
• Be professional and presentable at all times.
• Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances.
• Must not hold any more than 6 points on your license.
• No IN10, TT99 or DR10.
