Role: Christmas Hotel Support

Salary / Rate of pay: From 13.00 per hour

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to support various hotel operations across London including Reception, Reservations, Nights, and Housekeeping. Package

Hourly from 13.00 per hour (including holiday), depending on experience & roles

Key Responsibilities?

• Reception: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism as they check in and out. Handle enquiries efficiently and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Reservations: Manage bookings with precision. Assist guests in planning their stay by offering information on room availability and hotel services.
• Nights: Ensure the smooth running of the hotel during night hours. Handle late arrivals, manage overnight operations, and maintain security protocols.
• Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms and public areas. Ensure a welcoming environment that reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.

Requirement?

• Prior experience within Hotels or hospitality
• Experience of using Opera PMS, Opera Cloud, MEWS and Guestline are desired
• Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required during the festive period.
