Remuneration: 13ph - 15ph (DOE)

Are you a friendly and organised individual looking for a temporary role in a busy school reception area? We have an exciting opportunity for a Temporary School Receptionist at our client's school in Hindhead, Surrey. With an urgent start, this position offers a competitive hourly rate of 13- 15, alongside Boost Benefits and holiday pay.

Responsibilities:

• Support parents and colleagues with any inquiries they may have
• Handle incoming phone calls and provide a warm and professional greeting to visitors
• Open the front gate and accept deliveries with a smile
• Assist with general administration tasks as needed

What we're looking for:

• An individual with an Enhanced DBS on the update service to ensure a safe environment for students
• Confidence and composure in a fast-paced and busy environment
• Excellent communication skills to offer a consultative service to parents and colleagues alike
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
