TeacherActive are excited to be working with a community based Primary School in Ebbw Vale. The Primary School aim to provide all of their pupils with the opportunity to grow educationally, socially, morally and physically through supported learning and extracurricular activities. The School work as a team with the pupils and parents to achieve this and hope that any problems which may be met during the course can be discussed together and a solution can be found.

The Primary School are looking to take on a devoted and highly experienced Teacher on a temporary basis leading to a potential opportunity of a permanent position for the right Teacher. The successful candidate will need to have a good understanding of the learning outcomes required in the National Curriculum and will need to be an excellent team player. The role will involve inspiring young minds, whilst positively impacting their attitudes to learning through a creative teaching style.

The successful Primary School Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status / ECT
• Experience teaching from Foundation phase to Key Stage 2 / KS2
• Ability to create valued pupil/colleague relationships
• Excellent classroom management
