Immediate start - Credit Controller

Your new role :
I am looking for a skilled credit controller to complete a short-term temporary assignment. You need to be immediately available to start this temporary assignment, and be able to work from now until Christmas. Duties will include:

- Chasing payments by telephone and email
- Dealing with disputes and queries
- Providing customers with copy invoices and statements as required
- Working with other internal colleagues to help resolve issues that are causing delays in payments
- Accurately recording all customer contact and updating customer accounts
- Sales ledger administration

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven credit control experience, a professional telephone manner and be confident speaking with customers regarding over-due payments. You will be available to start a short-term temporary role, and will live locally to Farnham. This role is office based 5 days a week. Due to location, candidates will need their own transport.
