Job Advert: Implementation Specialist

Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days on-site)

Contract Length: 12 months

Rate: £(Apply online only)/day (Inside IR35)

Are you an experienced Implementation Specialist with a strong background in TechnologyOne systems? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a prestigious higher education institution in London. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to take on a pivotal role in a major system implementation project.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main liaison between TechnologyOne technical consultants and the internal project team.

Monitor project progress, support decision-making, and ensure milestones are met.

Resolve technical issues and report progress to the Finance & Research Managers Group.

Attend system design and configuration workshops, providing expert technical guidance.

Coordinate the development of workflows and processes across all system modules.

Lead data migration from the existing finance IT system (Unit4 Agresso).

Plan, design, and deliver training for the project team and wider user base.

Oversee data cleansing, preparation, and validation.

Create and manage test scenarios, ensuring all defects are tracked and resolved.

Support go-live activities and maintain project documentation.

Essential Skills and Experience:

In-depth technical knowledge of TechnologyOne's Financials software.

Proven experience in at least one TechnologyOne implementation project within a higher education setting.

Excellent project management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
