Job Title: Sports Coach

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of Secondary Schools across Bristol. We are actively recruiting for dynamic and enthusiastic Sports Coach's to support our school network with quality and consistent cover for PE lessons. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with a love for sports and fitness to inspire students and help them develop their skills and confidence in physical education.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and well-structured PE lessons for students aged 11-16, in line with the national curriculum.

Promote physical activity, teamwork, and healthy lifestyles among students.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during PE classes.

Work collaboratively with the PE department to support the overall curriculum goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience coaching sports, preferably with secondary school-aged students.

Knowledge of a range of sports and physical activities.

Ability to motivate and engage young people.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to cover a variety of lessons and sporting activities.

Relevant coaching qualifications (e.g., Level 2 Coaching Certificate) are desirable but not essential.
