Job Title: Teaching Assistant 

Location: Oxford 

Salary: £80 - £95 per day 

Start Date: December 2024

We work with a wide range of SEMH, SEN and mainstreams schools providing the best teaching assistants to supports students, on any level of need. 

Schools are in search of a committed and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant for day-to-day, short-term, and long-term roles. They offer a wealth of experience, enabling you to develop as a teaching assistant with competitive pay rates. Our skilled and devoted SEND Consultants select placements that match your availability, preferences, and abilities.

The ideal TA / Teaching Assistant should have the following:

Level 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months’ experience in an educational establishment

Good communication skills

A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines

Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and a small group basis

Strong behaviour management skills
