EdEx are working with an excellent Secondary School based in the Borough of Waltham Forest who are seeking an Unqualified Mental Health Assistant - SEMH Needs. This role includes working with young people with SEN/SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis, as well as supporting pupils and class teachers within the classroom.

Working in a highly regarded Secondary School in Waltham Forest

Providing support to children with SEN/SEMH needs on a 1:1 and small group basis

Assisting class teachers with delivering core subject material

£105 - £115 per day

Monday - Friday only

Long-Term, Full-Time role

A graduate with strong academics (2:1 or 1st Class degree)

A passion for learning and working with young people

A 'can-do' attitude

Previous school-based experience
