Job Title: Site Setting Out Engineer

Location: Earls Court, West London

Project Type: Hotel Refurbishment

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Site Setting Out Engineer to join a main contractor for a week-long requirement on a hotel refurbishment project. This role involves accurately placing grid and datum levels throughout the building.

The project comprises three interconnected buildings, each with four rooms and a courtyard.

Responsibilities:

* Setting out and leveling for construction works across the site.

* Establishing grid lines and datum points for the three buildings and courtyards.

* Coordinating with the site team to ensure accurate and timely execution.

* Providing regular updates on progress and resolving any technical issues related to setting out.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Setting Out Engineer, ideally on similar refurbishment projects.

* Must supply your own tools and level theodolites.

* Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

* Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the site team.

* Must have a valid CSCS card

Details:

* Day Rate: up to £300 per day (CIS).

* Duration: 1 week.

* Site Hours: 8 am to 5 pm daily.
