Job Title: Site Setting Out Engineer

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Site Setting Out Engineer to join a main contractor for a week-long requirement on a hotel refurbishment project. This role involves accurately placing grid and datum levels throughout the building.

The project comprises three interconnected buildings, each with four rooms and a courtyard.

Responsibilities:

• Setting out and leveling for construction works across the site.
• Establishing grid lines and datum points for the three buildings and courtyards.
• Coordinating with the site team to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Providing regular updates on progress and resolving any technical issues related to setting out.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Setting Out Engineer, ideally on similar refurbishment projects.
• Must supply your own tools and level theodolites.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with the site team.
• Must have a valid CSCS card

Details:

• Day Rate: up to 300 per day (CIS).
• Duration: 1 week.
• Site Hours: 8 am to 5 pm daily.
