A Logistics Coordinator is needed for a temporary role in a leading FMCG company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics coordination within the company. It's a Monday to Friday role and 3 days work from the office.

Description

The temporary Logistics Coordinator role will be responsible for the following:

• Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations
• Managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
• Collaborating with sales, operations, and customer service teams
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
• Preparing accurate reports for upper management
• Ensuring the efficient and cost-effective supply and movement of goods
• Tracking the quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Resolving any arising problems or complaints concerning logistics

Profile

A successful temporary Logistics Coordinator should have:

• at least 2 years experience within a similar role
• Proficiency in logistics software or transport management systems
• Exceptional organisational and coordination skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience in customer service and knowledge of logistics and inventory systems
• attention to detail
