We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finishing Site Manager to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects. You will oversee the final stages of construction, ensuring all finishes meet or exceed quality standards, while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Must have experience in Auditing on site.
• Manage and supervise all finishing works on-site, ensuring high standards of quality.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee daily site activities during the finishing phase.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to maintain progress and standards.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Prepare progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of finishing processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in specific software, e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or other relevant tools .
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Specify certifications or qualifications required, e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ in Construction Management, etc.
