On behalf of our client, a vibrant, well established secondary school based in Hammersmith, we are currently recruiting for an experienced TA to join the large SEN team. You will be assisting SEN students in various subjects and working closely with small groups. The school have a high number of students with ASD, ADHD and dyslexia, therefore, experience in the this field is desirable.

As a teaching assistant you will be:

• dedicated to helping students achieve their attainment levels
• you will encourage students to engage proactively with their learning
• you will be responsible in helping to provide a safe environment for students to learn.
• You will assist the teacher in the students their learning and development as well as with behaviour management, consistently promoting positive behaviour.
