What You ll Do

Plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons across multiple subjects.
Lead and mentor Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants.
Support students with communication, interaction, and learning challenges, including autism and dyslexia.
Monitor progress, focusing on both academic and emotional growth.
Uphold safeguarding practices and promote equality in every lesson.

What You ll Need

QTS or QTLS (essential) ECTs welcome!
Experience working with SEN learners and managing EHCPs.
Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and how to support students with anxiety and SEMH needs.
Creativity, flexibility, and the ability to adapt lessons for individual needs.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to our rural Suffolk location).
