BramahHR are seeking a HR Manager to join our client on a fixed term contract. This position plays a crucial role in supporting a dynamic, global business during a period of significant innovation and growth.
The successful candidate will lead operational HR activities, develop strategic initiatives, and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with local HR representatives to deliver global HR objectives.
* Review and update HR strategies
* Evaluate HR resources, roles, and skillsets to ensure operational excellence.
* Develop and implement a global recruitment strategy, including career development frameworks and retention strategies.
* Design and execute a global Learning and Development strategy.
* Support global employee relations.
* Oversee onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and data management and salary benchmarking.
* Manage and develop direct reports.
* Coordinate the annual performance and salary review processes.
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance employee and manager experiences.
* Data management and reporting including HRMI & KPI reporting.
* Serve as a key liaison between HR and payroll.
Key Skills:
* Experience with HR systems
* Strong knowledge of employee relations and ability to manage complex cases.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Initiative-driven, thrives in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
* Demonstrates strong people management and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
* Degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management is desirable.
