Uniform Education are currently recruiting for 2 full time behaviour LSAs to start in January at a mainstream school in SW14. Please see below for more details

* Working as an LSA to support students with SEND needs

* Monday - Friday, 8:20m - 4:00pm

* Pay £90 - £110 per day depending on experience

* MUST have DBS on UDS or willing to process one

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one and small group support to a pupil with autism, both in and out of the classroom.

* Assist in the development and implementation of tailored learning plans that meet the individual needs of the pupil.

* Support the pupil’s social, emotional, and behavioral development, helping them navigate school life.

* Use appropriate strategies to manage challenging behaviors in a calm and constructive manner.

* Collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), and other support staff to ensure the pupil’s needs are being met.

* Encourage the pupil's independence and self-confidence in academic and social situations.

* Maintain accurate records of the pupil's progress and share information with relevant staff.
