Job Opportunity: French and Spanish Teacher

Pay: Outer London teacher's pay scale

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a vibrant and dynamic French and Spanish Teacher to join our growing team at a thriving secondary school in Southend-On-Sea. If you are passionate about teaching languages and inspiring young learners, this is your chance to make a difference! This full-time role begins in January 2025, and we welcome applications from both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs), with excellent support provided by our dedicated Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons in French and Spanish for KS3 and KS4 students.

Foster a love for languages and cultural awareness among students.

Collaborate with the MFL department to create a vibrant and inclusive curriculum.

Contribute to the wider school community, supporting extracurricular language activities.

Uphold high standards of teaching and learning within our Southend-On-Sea school.

Ideal Candidate:

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or possesses a subject-related degree with proven teaching experience.

A committed French and Spanish Teacher with excellent communication and classroom management skills.

Enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and inspiring students to achieve their best.

Open to supporting and mentoring ECTs as they develop in their careers.

Passionate about making a positive impact in a welcoming and supportive school in Southend-On-Sea.
