We are looking for the following as a Gifted and Talented Teaching Assistant:

A graduate from a Russell group university - achieving a 1st Class or 2:1 Classification

Strong Academic Track Record - A-Bs at A-Level etc

An intense passion and desire to inspire young people

A deep understanding of challenges pupils face from aforementioned backgrounds

Long-term ambitions to work within education whether that's: Teaching, Education Policy / Research, Lecturing, Educational Psychology or similar ambitions

Resilience, positivity and a can-do attitude in the face of day-to-day challenges

A clear and structured progression plan including CPD (Continuous Professional Development)

Salaried Teacher Training from September 2025 - paid while you're trained to teach and gain your QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Competitive Daily Rates: £105 - £120 per day, paid weekly - Long Term Contracts

These Gifted and Talented Teaching Assistant roles are due to start either ASAP or in January 2025. You will work 5 days per week (Monday - Friday), school hours, typically 8:30am - 4:00pm. Further details can be given once your application has been submitted and you are shortlisted for the role.
