Interventions Teaching Assistant | Harrow, HA3 | £90-£110 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term to Permanent | January Start

LTF Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Harrow, HA3, to recruit an experienced and passionate Interventions Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children in Year 1 and Year 2, focusing on phonics, reading interventions, and tailored SEND support, including speech and language interventions.

Deliver targeted phonics and reading interventions to small groups and individual pupils.

Provide SEND support, including speech and language interventions, to help children access learning effectively.

Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to plan and implement interventions.

Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to staff and parents.

Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages learning and development.Requirements:

Previous experience supporting phonics, reading, or SEND interventions.

Understanding of strategies to support speech and language development.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A proactive and patient approach to working with children.
