Position: Full-Time Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant

Contract: January - July, with the opportunity for a permanent contract following this period

Are you a fluent Welsh speaker passionate about working with young children and supporting their first steps in education? We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and dynamic team, working with a Reception Class at a primary school in Ystrad Mynach.

What We're Looking For:

Fluency in Welsh is essential.

Previous experience in a primary school setting, particularly with early years (Reception), or other experience working with children is highly desirable.

A proactive, enthusiastic, and compassionate individual with excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS check: Required (We can assist if you do not currently hold one).

EWC registration: Must be registered or willing to register.

Availability for trial shifts throughout December to ensure a seamless start in January.
