Job Title: Business Administrator
Location: UK remote (You must live and work in the UK)
Daily rate: £140 - £147
Contract Details:
Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 18 months
Working Pattern: Full Time
As a Business Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation and its external business partners. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and processing business expenses. In addition, you will be involved in coordinating departmental operations and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements for management and external business partners.
Processing business expenses and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinating meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are in place.
Assisting with departmental financial operations, personnel operations, and facility operations.
Managing procurement activities, including sourcing vendors and maintaining relationships.
Providing general office support, including answering inquiries and handling correspondence.
Acting as the primary contact for the department, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Completing special projects as assigned, demonstrating resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, supporting multiple stakeholders.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in fluent English.
Ability to adapt and work flexibly to cover different time zones, including support for colleagues based in the United States.
Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management is desirable.
