Smile Education, in partnership with a thriving SEN school based in Lichfield, is looking for several dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis starting January.

About the Role:

Supporting students with SEN across the school.

Providing 1:1 support to pupils to help them achieve their individual goals.

Working collaboratively with the school staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.What We’re Looking For:

Relevant qualifications in education or SEN support.

Previous experience working with children with special educational needs.

Confidence and capability in providing 1:1 support.

A commitment to fostering strong, professional, and respectful relationships that prioritize the best educational interests of the students.Essential Requirements:

Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
