ASD Teaching Assistant | Brent, NW10 | £90-£110 per day | Full-Time | Long-Term to Permanent | January Start

LTF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support a Year 5 pupil with ASD in a vibrant primary school in Brent. This is an exciting opportunity to work 1:1 with a pupil while contributing to the overall development of a challenging but rewarding class environment.

Provide 1:1 tailored support to a Year 5 pupil with ASD, ensuring their emotional and educational needs are met.

Help to create a calm and structured learning environment for the pupil and their peers.

Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualised support strategies.

Support the pupil in managing social interactions and building positive relationships.

Monitor and record progress, sharing updates with staff and parents.Requirements:

Proven experience working with children with ASD or SEND in a primary school setting.

A calm, patient, and resilient approach to supporting children in challenging environments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
