Leadership Skills

Proven experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Ability to foster a collaborative, inspiring team environment.Technical Expertise

Experience with microservices architecture in containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes).

Familiarity with distributed systems, APIs, and public cloud (Azure preferred).

Passion for automation and scalable solutions.
