We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner in Brent to oversee the management of employees, implement HR Policies, and advise on change management.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and make a significant impact on workforce transformation, employee relations, and organisational development.
This is a contract based position based in brent offering a rate of £300 per day.
The Role:
As an HR Business Partner, you will:
Coach and advise senior leaders and managers on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, policy application, legal compliance, and change management.
Support and lead initiatives on restructures, and workforce planning.
Provide expert advice on complex casework, ensuring legal, procedural, and organisational compliance.
Deliver impactful HR workshops and upskill managers on HR policies and people management best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor, developing collaborative relationships to align HR strategies with organisational goals.
Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in every aspect of HR and workforce management.
About You:
To excel in this role, you will bring:
CIPD Level 7 qualification (or equivalent experience) and active membership.
Proven expertise in employee relations, employment law, and HR best practices.
Strong communication, influencing, and decision-making skills.
Experience managing complex casework, TUPE transfers, and organisational change.
