Job Title: Finishing Site Manager

Location: Reading

Rate: £250

Start date - Jan 2025

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Finishing Site Manager to join our team and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects. You will oversee the final stages of construction, ensuring all finishes meet or exceed quality standards, while coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Must have experience in Auditing on site.

* Manage and supervise all finishing works on-site, ensuring high standards of quality.

* Plan, schedule, and oversee daily site activities during the finishing phase.

* Conduct regular quality control inspections and resolve any issues promptly.

* Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team to maintain progress and standards.

* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

* Prepare progress reports and provide updates to stakeholders.

* Address and resolve client concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

* Proven experience as a Finishing Site Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.

* Strong knowledge of finishing processes, materials, and quality standards.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

* Proficiency in [specific software, e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or other relevant tools].

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
