Job Description

As a CNC Machinist - Miller, you will be responsible for operating and setting up large CNC machines such as DMG DMC 160U, WFL 120 / WFL 65, and MAZAK E500. You will play a key role in manufacturing and machining precision components, adhering to tight tolerances, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the production process.

Essential Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience working with large CNC machines, such as DMG DMC 160U, WFL 120 / WFL 65, and MAZAK E500.

Strong ability to read technical drawings and accurately measure components.

Experience working to tight tolerances and using measurement tools.

Basic understanding of CNC programming and machine setup.

A proactive and positive attitude, with the willingness to receive further training.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

A valid passport and ability to undergo a DBS check as part of the application process.

Your tasks will include:

Operating CNC milling machines, including DMG DMC 160U, WFL 120 / WFL 65, and MAZAK E500.

Reading and interpreting technical drawings to produce accurate components.

Measuring, adjusting, and maintaining tight tolerances.

Basic programming and machine adjustments.

Ensuring a high standard of work, while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
