Site Manager
O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting a Site Manager (Night Shift) to supervise the night shift of a project in Manchester. Candidates MUST have experience in commercial/industrial projects and must have minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Manager/Supervisor Role.
The Role:
Reporting to Project Manager
Supervise daily site activity
Ensuring all works are of a high standard
Raising RFI's and instructions
Toolbox talks and inductions
Review and update construction phase plan
Maintain weekly site progress Diary
Ensuring high standards of Health and Safety
Requirements:
Site Management experience with trade background or construction management degree
Commercial and main contracting experience
Excellent IT and Communication skills
Construction Background
SMSTS
CSCS Card
