Job Description

As the Structures Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the Client's Structures portfolio.

You will assume the crucial role of the Technical Approval Authority, ensuring that all structures-related projects adhere to the highest standards of quality and compliance. It is essential that you hold chartered status as a Civil Engineer, preferably with a background in Structures.

You will play a vital part in the development of the clients strategic asset management plan for the next four years. In addition, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the delivery of both Capital and Revenue services relating to the Council's Structures in a fully compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the Client's Structures portfolio from a strategic perspective

Discharge the Technical Approval Authority function

Contribute to the establishment of the 4-year strategic asset management plan

Ensure the delivery of Structures services, both Capital and Revenue, in compliance with regulations

Job Requirements:

Chartered Civil Engineer credentials

Strong background in Structures

Experience in overseeing strategic portfolios

Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks

Excellent communication and leadership skills
