Job Opportunity: Temporary Support Worker - Adults with Learning & Sensory Disabilities

Location: Near Exeter
Pay: 12.50 - 13.50 per hour
Job Type: Temporary

Are you compassionate, dedicated, and looking to make a real difference in people's lives? We are currently seeking a Temporary Support Worker to work with adults with learning and sensory disabilities in the Exeter area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to individuals with learning and sensory disabilities.
• Assist with daily activities, promoting independence and well-being.
• Offer emotional support and encouragement in a respectful, empathetic manner.
• Help individuals engage in social, recreational, and community-based activities.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of service users at all times.

Requirements:

• Experience working with adults with disabilities (preferred but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
