As a Graduate Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Manage and supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring a focused and positive learning environment.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans, maintaining classroom discipline and engagement.
• Support students with their learning, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Gain hands-on experience in classroom management, ideal for those considering a career in teaching.
• Work across a variety of subjects, adapting to different classrooms and year groups.

• A degree in any subject (education-related degrees are advantageous but not essential).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability, resilience, and a passion for working with young people.
• Prior experience in an educational setting is beneficial but not required.
