Hays are pleased to be working in partnership with a locally established, reputable not for profit organisation who require some additional support over the next few months with their daily and weekly invoice processing. This role is being offered on a temporary, full time basis in the Perthshire area.
Your new role
In your new role, you will proactively support as part of the wider finance team to manage daily and weekly invoice processing. This will include raising and matching purchase order numbers, uploading the required information onto the system, managing the processing of invoices as well as dealing with any internal and external queries that are directed to yourself or the wider team.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will demonstrate a core understanding of daily and weekly transactional finance tasks, with a willingness to work collaboratively as part of the wider team to support in the management of invoices and related queries. You will be interested in securing a temporary contract on a full time basis within the Perthshire area, that will require an immediate start and extending into the new year.
