Job Description:
This role is part of the Centre of Expertise (CoE) for our client's Global Performance and Engagement, in the wider People Chapter (HR). We are the design and delivery team that contribute to the development and deployment of the policies, processes and initiatives as appropriate.
The work is currently in parallel with a small transformation team who are working closely with us to develop Creators Conversations which is our client's approach to performance management. The role is wide-reaching to support the delivery of significant global and local projects predominantly Creators Conversations (Performance Management). The quality of the processes delivered by the role can influence our client's people experience and engagement.
The role is exciting and challenging in equal measure. Skills Required:
* An understanding of Employee Experience and contributing factors to creating a positive environment, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.
* Proficient use of Excel, working with reports, pulling and manipulating data including vlookups, pivot tables and data visualisation.
* Competent use of Microsoft Office, M365 e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
* Experience of handling sensitive personal data and GDPR awareness.
Experience Required:
* An understanding of Employee Experience and contributing factors to creating a positive environment.
* An understanding of Employee Engagement, Performance Management and wider initiatives.
* Competent use of Microsoft Office, M365 e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
* Confidence with pulling and manipulating data and reports in Excel and working with vlookups, pivot tables.
* Ability to plan and support large and small projects with impacts across the business globally.
* Experience of handling sensitive personal data and GDPR awareness.
Experience Preferred:
* Previous Project Management experience.
* Experience of working with suppliers.
* Experience in writing communications for global audiences.
