Job Title: Agile Business Analyst

Job Description

The Global Market Operations team is seeking additional support for a 12 month programme aimed at simplifying and automating various processes related to their Billing and Expense systems. The role involves working as part of a small team that collaborates with business and technology teams to transition the programme from current to target states. The focus will be on high-quality user requirement documentation and cross-functional communication using agile methodology.

Responsibilities

Manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Gather user requirements, construct problem statements, and produce high-quality documentation.

Plan and manage project and sprint activities, including coordination, change control, and financial control of project delivery.

Produce periodic reports for senior stakeholders in collaboration with the Program Management Office team and Business Delivery.

Track progress against plans, managing risks, issues, and dependencies.

Work confidently across various technical groups.

Contribute in an agile environment.

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Essential Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst.

Proficiency in change management

Ability to write user stories and gather business requirements.

Strong documentation and business analysis skills.

Experience in UAT testing.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working in an agile environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in financial services or banking is essential.

Experience with stock lending/equities a massive plus.

Relevant degree or industry-recognized accreditation.
