Job Description

Find My Staff are seeking a dedicated and skilled Process Operator on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The working times are Monday - Friday working on a shift pattern basis of 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm on a rotational shift pattern basis.

Duties

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any issues or malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including output levels and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot problems and implement effective solutions.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in the training of new staff members on operational procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Experience

• Previous machine experience within a manufacturing environment is crucial.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
