• Provide essential classroom support, working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, inclusive lessons.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with additional needs, ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive.
• Offer one-on-one and small group interventions to help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student engagement and well-being.

• A proactive individual with a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and a strong track record of working in educational settings.
• Someone who is adaptable, patient, and resilient, ready to tackle challenges and support students with diverse needs.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
