I have a fantastic temporary to permanent opportunity for a Logistic Support Administrator with an industry leading manufacturing organisation based in Irvine.

Your role will be to support the warehouse team by managing outbound orders and providing export shipping documentation

• Co-ordinate all outbound orders for custom and catalogue products to be shipped from Irvine warehouse.
• Delivery creation for all outbound catalogue orders to be shipped from Irvine warehouse.
• Liaise between warehouse and other internal departments to ensure delivery targets are met
• Assist with booking and monitoring transport for outbound deliveries - Road, Air and ocean shipments including temperature controlled and hazardous materials
• Running shipping reports for all outbound orders to update warehouse shipping schedule including communicating with internal departments to ensure date order management is always accurate.
• Produce export documentation in a timely manner as per shipping schedule.
• Assist with overseas catalogue shipments and requests.
• Provide support with daily multipack conversion process.
• Support with completion of any HMRC EMCS movements both inbound and outbound to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross functional teams as required.
• Provide any shipping documentation to audit teams when required.
• Provide support to export specialist as and when required.
• Update tracking system for all inbound and outbound deliveries to both site and external Warehouse.
• Keep material master records up to date in system
