Caretaker

One of our clients within the Winchester are currently looking to recruit a Caretaker to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis with the view to start ASAP.

Working hours are 40 per week over 5 days, Mon - Fri - 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

• General day to day repairs and maintenance including painting
• Deliveries, accepting and distributing
• Act as 'hands on' lead and front-line supervisor for the cleaning teams to deliver a quality service.
• Open and secure the buildings
• Oversee Subcontractors
• Act as the main point of contact in fire evacuations or emergency procedures
• Response to jobs from Helpdesk

Candidate Requirement:

• Experience working within a similar role
• Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• First Aid Knowledge or Qualification
• H&S Knowledge
• Must be able to pass a DBS Check
