As an SEN Teaching Assistant (Daily Supply), you’ll enjoy the flexibility to work on days that suit you while gaining invaluable experience in diverse school settings. Your primary focus will be to support children with SEN, ensuring they have the tools to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

Application Requirements: To excel in this role, you’ll need:
• Experience working with children, ideally within SEN settings.
• A proactive and adaptable attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).
• A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting individual students or small groups in KS1 and KS2.
• Collaborating with teachers to implement tailored education plans.
• Providing encouragement and fostering independence in students.
• Supporting students with varied SEN needs, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH.
• Ensuring a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the classroom.
