Key Responsibilities
As a Year 3 Class Teacher, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Year 3 national curriculum.
* Assess, mark, and provide feedback to monitor pupil progress effectively.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports the needs of every learner.
* Implement structured literacy programmes like Read Write Inc. Phonics to enhance reading and writing skills.
* Encourage excellent behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
