Contract Site Agent - Devonport Docks Project
Carmichael UK is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Contract Site Agent to join our client on the Devonport Docks project in Plymouth. This long-term role offers a competitive rate of £450 - £500/day PAYE Umbrella, with lodge assistance available.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate and manage site personnel and subcontractors.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and report on project progress.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Resolve any on-site issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
Prepare and submit site reports and documentation as required.
The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in a Site Agent role, specifically within buildings working for a tier 1 contractor
