SEND Teaching Assistant (ASD and EBD Support)

Location: Redhill
Hours: Full-time
Pay: 85- 100 per day

The Role:
As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to pupils with ASD and EBD, helping them re-engage with education.
• Assist in delivering both academic and therapeutic interventions to promote holistic development.
• Create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to develop and implement individual learning plans.

What We're Looking For:

• A compassionate, patient individual with experience or interest in supporting children with ASD and EBD.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to addressing individual needs.
• A current DBS certificate on the Update Service.
• Dedication to fostering a nurturing and inclusive educational environment.
