Job Title: Business Analyst

Duration: 6 months, extensions likely

Location: Warwick (twice per week requirement in the office)

Salary: £500 per day via Umbrella

Are you a highly skilled Business Analyst with a passion for making a positive impact? Our client, a leader in the utilities industry, is seeking a talented individual like you to join their dynamic team in Warwick on a fixed-term contract for 6 months. Key Responsibilities:

Analyse operational requirements, identify problems, and propose effective business solutions

Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance tests and identify potential benefits

Select and apply appropriate business analysis methods and tools

Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate open communication

Define and manage requirements, ensuring traceability and capturing technical and business information

Drive scoping, prioritisation, and requirements definition for large-scale initiatives

Assess and recommend business process improvements, leveraging new technologies

Demonstrate leadership, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successful deliveryRequired Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on elicitation techniques and documentation

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and meet deadlines

Familiarity with agile methodologies, financial management, and benefits realisation
